1) Namine's room appears first and then, Namine, herself appears.

2) The scene of Roxas' name being formed by Xemnas in front of the Twilight Town mansion. Then, the scene shifts to the portal between TT and TWTNW (where Sora and Axel teamed up against the nobodies).
Sora: "There is anger and hatred in the mind."
Riku: "None of those things in the mind are ordered."

5) A scene where Namine jumps towards Sora.

25) Xemnas wakes up.

31) The knight, that looks almost like Sora, appears having part of his helmet broken off. This is the knight seen near the end of the extended version of SH.
